Grappa: a distilled treasure

Grappa is a uniquely Italian treasure: a marc brandy that must come and belong exclusively to our country.

The pomace can be fermented or unfermented with the wine must. Then follows the distillation, on which the alcoholic percentage of the grappa depends, which sees as its main protagonists a master distiller and an alembic. The classification of the various types of grappa, flavor, aroma and aroma depends on the type of still used, the grape variety and the geographical designation of origin.
